BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS: The person effecting a booking shall be deemed to have accepted the Booking Conditions on behalf of all persons named on the booking form. The contract will be governed by the booking conditions. Any variation to your booking requirements must be made in writing.
CHANGES IN PRICES OR ITINERARY: Prices are based on current tariffs and airfares. If we are forced to change your booking or any part of it for reasons beyond our control, (for instance if an airline changes its timetable), we will give you notice thereof, including any change in price. In the event that any change to your itinerary demonstrates that your tour has become materially different from the original, you have the right to ask for a rearrangement or withdraw from the tour. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking because of events outside our control we will, if able, offer alternative arrangements. If you do not accept the alternative, we will refund any monies still held by us.
AIRFARES: Thailand Golf Tours is not a travel agent. Travel associated with Thailand Golf Tours are made with licensed travel agents.
TOUR COSTS: The tour costing is based either on twin share or single room per person. The tour cost is generally in Australian dollars. If in another currency, we will denote that currency ie $USD or THB
DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS: A deposit of $1500 per person must accompany booking applications. A final payment is due 8 weeks prior to your tour departing unless other arrangements have been made.
PAYMENT TYPES: Cheque payments should be made payable to Thailand Golf Tours. We accept Mastercard and Visa Card payments. Note: payment by these credit cards will attract a credit card surcharge equal to 2% of the payment amount.

In case you need to cancel your tour for any reason, the following charges apply
More than 45 day prior to departure Thailand Golf Tours $300 administration fee for cancellations and airfare refund minus Airlines Cancellation fee. This varies from Airline to airline but generally its $400 and it takes 3 months to receive your refund.
45 -30 days prior to departure 50% of tour package and airfare refund minus Airlines Cancellation fee. This varies from Airline to airline but generally its $400 and it takes 3 months to receive your refund.
Less than 30 days prior to departure NO REFUND, except airfare refund minus Airlines Cancellation fee. This varies from Airline to airline but generally its $400 and it takes 3 months to receive your refund.

For single and non group tours, without airfares, we have the following cancellation charges
We will refund:
100% refund for cancellations 180 days and above.
75% of the amount paid if more than 45 days. less than 180 days prior to arrival.
50% of the amount paid if more than 30 days prior to arrival.
No refund if less than 30 days prior your arrival.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly recommend that, at the time of booking, you take out a comprehensive Insurance Policy of your choice. It is a condition of our tours that you are adequately covered by the final payment deadline. We have a travel application form from Aussie travelers which we feel is sufficient for your trip.

RESPONSIBILITY: Thailand Golf Tours accepts no liability for any act or omission whatsoever, whether negligent or otherwise, of those Airlines, Hotels, Operators or Persons providing services in connection with this tour. We do not accept responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay, change of schedule or any other events which are beyond our control. Thailand Golf Tours has made every endeavour to ensure that all details are correct at time of printing but cannot accept responsibility for subsequent change or withdrawal of prices, details or services shown.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liabilty
MP Golf Pty Ltd trading as Thailand Golf Tours and its employees, officers and agents (herein known as the organiser) are acting in good faith and will use their best efforts to ensure that the golf tour is both safe and enjoyable for all parties. However, no responsibility can, nor will be, accepted by the organiser, for any loss or injury sustained to any participant on this golf tour. The organiser reserves the right to accept, or refuse, any reservation or booking at their sole discretion and are not and will not disseminate their reasons for their decisions. The organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone or substitute any part of the tour providing they are acting in good faith as circumstances and conditions can change unexpectedly.
